and this icon in the taskbar. Nothing is installed on the system and nothing runs outside the
browser — it stays the same page, in its own frame.

Board nameBecomes the file name when you save or export.

Stratdeck is a drawing board for Counter-Strike 2 strategies. You place utility, players,
routes and control zones on the map and export the result as a single image — the kind of
picture you keep open on a second monitor between rounds and understand without reading anything.
The point is not to draw more, but to draw unambiguously. Smokes and molotovs
are shown at their real effect radius, calculated from each map's own scale, so a smoke on Nuke
covers the same ground on the board as it does in the game. Spawns and bomb sites come straight
from the map files rather than being placed by eye.
How a board reads
Colour says who. Each player keeps one colour across the whole board, and a
control zone can carry two when a space belongs to both of them.
Shape says what. Every piece of utility has a silhouette of its own, with a
mark that sticks out of its outline — sound waves on the decoy, a burning rag on the molotov,
shrapnel around the HE — so it stays readable when the map is zoomed far out.
Opacity and outline say how binding it is. Anything on the board is either
Required — this is how the round is played — or Optional, a
suggestion for when it presents itself. One switch changes both the opacity and the outline, so a
mandatory smoke never reads like an afterthought.
Zones say what a space is for: hold it, take it, or
watch it. And the legend printed under every exported image is generated from
what is actually on that board, so the picture explains itself to someone who has never seen it.
Strats and decks are files
A strat is one map and one plan. A deck collects strats
across as many maps as you like — a default book, an opponent dossier, a half-time plan. The
map picker shows how many strats each map holds; the picker beside it lists the strats on the
map you are looking at.
Several decks can be open at once — the picker beside Open lists them, and a
file you open joins the list instead of replacing what is there.
Nothing is stored on a server. Save writes the deck you are in to a small file
on your own machine and Open brings it back — map, strat and all, right where
you left off. Each deck is its own file, so save each one you want to keep: the list itself
lives in this window and is gone when you close it. Export writes a PNG of the current strat
with the legend attached.
